Forward Jump – Ashtanga Yoga

Skadi van Paaschen explains how to do a forward jump from Down Dog into Standing Forward Fold Pose (Uttasana) in a very elegant way. It looks really easy but it is very close to a handstand. With these instructions it makes it a lot more easy to try it out.
